Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando Near UCF

4/5 for me. The positives are the hotel was in a great location. Tons of options around. I liked having a large refrigerator, dishes, and a dishwasher. The pool was nice. The staff was very nice. My issues with the hotel were small but kind of annoying, and not much the staff can do. There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom which leaves your towels still very damp even after a full night, and smells of a bathroom that you would want gone. There were large shampoo and body soap that is refillable in the shower, but for some reason the conditioner comes in this tiny hotel bottle which is a totally different brand so that was weird (I've stayed at other Hiltons were all 3 are together in the shower and same brand). The marijuana smells inside. Coffee was very watered down in the lobby. The hotel was overall pretty noisy. You can hear everything happening in the hall because some people are rude (talking on speaker phone in the halls, kids running up and down, etc.), but also there is a large gap under the entry door and the windows are not as thick as I have seen at other Hiltons. Not much the management can with poor construction of a building, but just a heads up for guests coming to stay.

I stayed in the hotel every year when I went to RTS Orlando for the hybrid week classes. The room is clean and the front desk people are very friendly. Breakfast has a good variety. I don't have any complaints. Through my four visits in the past three years, I only had issues once when my next room which is the mechanic room produced noises but the hotel solved it immediately. Love this hotel. Highly recommend it. Location is also very good, close to many restaurants

Definitely made me want to stay at more Home2 locations. Room is very spacious and it’s a mix between hotel and suite, it’s a perfect spot for not so long stays but longer than normal. It had a very effective kitchen area and tons of space to put stuff and work. Excellent little sofa and separated sleeping space with a pull to the side cloth room isolator.

We had to find a hotel to stay at for our daughter’s wedding and this hotel had adjoining rooms for us and we were also familiar with the brand. Unfortunately one of the elevators stopped working the second day we were there and a cheerleader convention hit the hotel as well so it was very difficult to get up and down. I’m not going to blame the hotel as it was something beyond their control. They were very accommodating with our needs and I’d stay here again.
